Default HELP------I have hidden my database window!!

I was just finalizing a good and working database so i tried using the startup option directing it to startup on the switchboard manager form i created.I must have gone a little nuts unchecking all the boxes or i just plain did not know what i was doing.Sure enough, restart access and switchboard starts and no toolbars are visible, even f11 will not display the objects or database window. Please dont tell me i have to start from scratch........what can be done to recover what i have done???/Please help!!!!

Hold the Shift Key down while you are opening the database to bypass the
Start-up options.

Depending on the version of Access that you're using, I think you can open the DB to edit it's properties and have all the menus needed by holding the shift key while double clicking (or opening) your database. In other words, if you have created a shortcut icon to open the DB to the switchboard, just hold shift and double click the icon. This should open it in Access with the needed menu bars. Then simply go back to the startup options and check the boxes again. I hope this helps (and I hope it works... I haven't done it for a while!)
