Default queries

I am trying to create a make table query but when I click get the new query
dialog box I only have five options for queries and make table is not one of
them. I am using 2003. How do I get these other queries (append, etc.)?

Use one of those 5 options to create a query that returns/selects the
records you want to append to another table or make a table out of. Then,
with your query in design view, select "Query" on the menu bar and change
the query from a Select query to a Make-table or Append query.
