Default 3 Dimensional Images

I am currently running Microsoft Visio 2002 edition. Is it possible with
that software to take a 2 dimensional image and rotate it in 3 dimensions. I
have seen this done with AutoCad and Pro E.

visio isn't a cad system, it's a diagramming system so unfortunately 3d
rotation is not an option.

Thanks for the help, I had a feeling since it was not a Cad system that this
would not be a possibility, but I have been learning new thigs about this
software that suprises me everyday so it was worth at least looking into.

3D rotation of two dimensional shapes is possible.
access the developers spreadsheet window.
use SIN an COS functions in the cells Width and PINX
by referencing these cells with a rotating plan shape on the same page, a
simulation of persay a carousel is possible.
use the layer properties of page and shape to vanish each surface as it
rotates from view.
conditions placed in the shapes cell can be based upon angular values.

I have created such a carousel dynamic using vis2002
