Default Outlook Lab

Hi,
I'm going to be setting up a lab with 20 computers, I'm using Outlook 2003,
is there a way to setup
a "moc" email server? I'm using XP Pro and the class is going to be over
Outlook 2003 and I'd like to
be able to send and receive email but I don't have an Exchange server
(there's no server at all), I was just wondering if there was away around
having to create 20 POP3 accounts.

Thanks for your time, Craig

Build your own internal POP3 server or contact your ISP to provide the
mailboxes;

XP cannot act as a server this way; no. There might be some 3rd party
applications that support this but Windows XP Pro is still limited to 10
client connections at a time.

Thanks Roady,
It's safe to say XP doesn't support this right?

Hello Craig,

I am afraid that there is no such built-in feature in Outlook 2003 that can
achieve your goal. I agree with Robert on his suggestion that you may need
to build your own internal POP3 server as Outlook 2003 is only a client
email program.
