where can i find translator for outlook 2002

Default where can i find translator for outlook 2002

i am using office 2000 and have outlook 2002, when i try to import contacts
via .csv i receive a statement that the translator is not installed. I no
longer have the install cd's. What can I do?

Nothing. Importers and exporters are only available on the Office CD.

Default where can i find translator for outlook 2002

I had the same problem with a new company Laptop & we switched from Groupwise
to Outlook. Got messages saying L2561403.cab couldn't be found. I had access
to the entire outlook program via our network & downloaded the entire
program. That solved the problem.

Point is if you post what file(s) the error message says you're missing
someoen might be able to send it to you.

I'm stll having problems trying to use address books imported from Groupwise
into outlook, which I posted to this group today.
