Default How to print a word document with style names printed on the left margin (style area width)

Hi Doug

Thanx for your help, your macro works fine, but it corrupts the paragraph
styling, (tabs, indents etc.) because the style names go next to the
paragraphs.

I need to print a word document with the styles on the left margin just like
how you view the document in word, I go to tools, options, and tick style
area width, eg. 2cm, this displays all the styles on the left margin. The
printed page should look exactly like the word document. Is this possible?

many thanx
