Keeping the control's properties same for each page..
I have a form and check boxes on the form. When checkbox is checked the text
turns to red. However, when I go to next record and come back to previous record text shows up black again..How can I keep the text's color property red always if the checkbox is checked? -- Thanks |

I'm not sure how you're affecting the text's color, but you should look into
Conditional Formatting. You can't use conditional formatting on checkboxes, but you could add a textbox and format it to look like a label. Use conditional formatting on it to look at the value of your boolean field and changes it's forecolor. Barry "Appache" wrote: I have a form and check boxes on the form. You must have an event that changes the text to red when you update the
checkbox. You might try using that same code, except put it in the On Current Event of the form. You might want to take a look at conditional formatting in Help too. With Conditional Formatting you can keep the text red at all times and it does not matter if the record has the focus or not. |
