Outlook 2007 with Windows XP
Hello,
I am using the fax feature of Windows XP and have installed the new Office 2007. Now, if I check the box Contacts in a new fax message to be created, I am only getting contacts with an email address. All contacts having no email address will not show up even they have a fax number registered... Any ideas? Thanks Rudolf |

Outlook 2007 with Windows XP
Explain how you migrated your Outlook data to this new installation of
Outlook. Explain how you configured the Outlook Address Book in Outlook 2007. Examine your Contacts and make sure each fax address is valid and resolved (i.e., underlined). -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Rudolf Künzli" wrote in message ... Outlook 2007 with Windows XP
Thank you for your response.
I updated from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 and did nothing else. All messages, contacts, calendar items and tasks have been taken over automatically without intervention from my side. So much for migration. Configuring Outlook Address doesn't meen much to me. I didn't have to bother about in Outlook 2003. Fax addresses are valid and underlined and did work before... When you open the address book view in Outlook, do your fax recipients
appear there? What is the default Contacts manager for your operating system? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Rudolf Künzli" wrote in message ... Thank you for your response.
