Copy Outlook 2003 contacts to Outlook 2002
When I try to copy contacts on to my computer, which I have Outlook 2002,
from my other computer, which has Outlook 2003, it tells me that my "back.pst file is not compatable with this version of the Personal Folders information service." What do I do? |

Copy Outlook 2003 contacts to Outlook 2002

... What do I do? The default Outlook 2003 pst file uses a different format to that of prior versions. In Outlook 2003 you need to create a new Personal Folder (make sure you choose the 97-2002 option) and copy your contacts to that. Then close Outlook and copy the newly created file to your other machine. HTH |
