Default Publisher - Graphic Converter

I have this same problem with Publisher 2000 and images from the Web that are
*not* clip art. I see a photo of something and I use the right mouse button
to bring up the object menu, select Copy, and then I wish to paste it into my
Publisher document. When I attempt to do so, however, I get that 'graphics
converter may be missing' message. However, as with the writer below,
running setup all over again does NOT solve the problem! Any ideas? Thanks!

I am trying to add clipart to a publication, and have never had this problem
with my publisher program before, but when I search for clipart, the
thumbnails show as icons instead of the actual picture. Then when I try to
add it to the pulication I get this message.

Publisher cannot convert this picture.

This is either because Publisher doesn't recognize the format of the picture
you want to add or there was an error loading a graphic converter. Publisher
has graphic converters that enable it to recognize most picture formats.
Some of these converters may be missing. To install converters for word
processors and graphics, run Setup again. For more information on running
Setup, press F1.

I tried searching for a setup to run....can't find anything. I am so
frustrated...lol. NEED HELP!!!
