Forms and Mschart

I have a bar chart in a form that give me this problem:

-When i chose a 3D view the value on Y Axis is ok

-When i chose a bidimensional view the value on Y axis change to a negative
number like -135 for all the value in Y axis.

What can do this?

Sorry for my bad english

Any suggestion is appreciated
