Default email icon greyed out in Office Home and Student 97

My computer came with the Home/Student trial version in 2007; Today in 2009,
I purchased and installed the retail Full Version of Office Small Business
2007. My programs all show "non-commercial use". Do I need to uninstall the
student version first?

Installed Vista Home and Office Home and Student software on my computer.
I
tried to send out a word document to a friend through microsoft mail, but
can't because the email icon is greyed out under the send to menu. I am
using
Vista's Mail not outlook.
Also;
Can any one tell me why the headers in this suite states non commercial
use,
this is a retail version I purchased and is activated but I am unable to
acces the web from inside the programs.

Uninstall any and all version of Office via Add/Remove, together with the
Activation Assistant, reboot the PC. Install office from cd/dvd
