Why does the underline for the hyperlink break?
I created a hyperlink for a document kept on our office server.
It works in every test e-mail sent out. But when I send it to others (800 others) it works for some but some don't get a complete hyperlink. The underline for the hyperlink stops about 9 characters short of the end. Has anyone experienced this. I can't find any common denominator of the people who receive the hyperlink wrong. |

Why does the underline for the hyperlink break?
Links often wrap. If they click reply, does the link repair itself?

Why does the underline for the hyperlink break?
No it does not wrap. People will forward their e-mail to me and it's only
then that I can see the link was "broken " I also made sure there is a hard return after the last character in the link. The odd thing is some people get the link properly and some don't. I center the link in the e-mail and it has worked fine for months and months. If I manually type the link again and send it to the same people who said it wouldn't work then it does work. But not in the mass e-mail. That e-mail can contain from 10 to 60 e-mail addresses. Thank you for your response "K. Orland" wrote: Links often wrap.
