Not sure what you mean? If you mean start a new publisher file as an email
I've already tried that one.... It's still not there. Did you mean start a new message in Outlook? Where would I find the command there? The only commands I can find is attach a message which is not what I want to do... A friend of mine (one of your MVP colleagues) asked me to try it in Word and the icon does work there... The bad news was that I tried the registry check and everything was fine.
The good news is that the issue is resolved! We reinstalled Outlook again, this time including all internet updates and it magically worked! Thank you to everyone for all your help!!!!!
