Printing all notes for a contact
On 4/9/09 Diane Poremsky replied to a post by RRandy that table printing
limits the size of the fields that are printed. I would appreciate a further explanation. I have several contacts with 20 or more lines of notes. When I print them using the Card Style, some of the contacts print more info than the others. It is very inconsistent as to the number of total characters printed per contact. Each time I print, I get the same info per contact regardless of whether I print that contact alone as with all others. I have gone into the notes and edited for tabs and spacing and I still get random amounts of data which varies from contact to contact. |

Printing all notes for a contact
How many carriage returns do the ones with more text have compared to the
others? I'm not sure what the formula is, but more paragraphs = fewer characters. Or less text per paragraph = more total paragraphs 270ish is the max total characters (including spaces), if you have just one paragraph. If you make multiple paragraphs, you'll have fewer total characters. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
