Default "POWER OF ATTORNEY" LETTER

I am looking for a "Power of Attorney" template or similar. It is a letter
authorising bearer to sign on behalf of another. eg when some one is away for
an extended time or ill.

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Word.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
