Arranging multiple table & object windows.
I've switched from Access 2003 to Access 2007, and am designing a new
database. I normally open several tables, queries, forms, or reports, in design view, at the same time, and arramge them in the same window, so I can review, copy, and paste items from my old forms to my new forms. How do I arrange multiple open items in the same window? |

Arranging multiple table & object windows.
Set Document Window Options to Overlapping Windows instead of Tabbed
Documents. It's under: - Office Button (top left) - Access Options (Bottom of dialog) - Current Database More info on converting to Access 2007 if you are familiar with previous versions: http://allenbrowne.com/Access2007.html -- Allen Browne - Microsoft MVP. microsoft.public.access.gettingstarted. please don't multi-post. for more information, see http://home.att.net/~california.db/tips.html#aTip10. and btw, the acronym MVP has a specific meaning in the Microsoft newsgroups. it is granted to individuals who volunteer time in the forums to help others, and make other valuable contributions in the worldwide Access community, and who have been recognized by Microsoft as Most Valuable Professionals. it's a title of honor and respect, and to people who come to these ngs looking for answers, it's a good indication that the post-er is a skilled and experienced Access developer who knows what he/she is talking about. suggest you consider changing your "handle", as a courtesy, and so as not to accidentally confuse others who are not familiar with who the the individual MVPs are, in these ngs. hth "MVP" wrote in message ...
