Offer "Binder" office tool again

Before XP, Office had a Binder tool that was pretty helpful when working on a
project that used documents created by excel, word, publisher, etc.

I could just open the binder instead of each document individually in the
file.

Is there another way of doing this now that there is not Binder tool?
