Keyboard Template
Publisher used to have a template that would fit over the function keys of
your keyboard for shortcuts. Any idea where I could find this?

I don't remember this feature. In what version Publisher was it included? I have all
the documentation of old Publishers, I'll look around. I have all versions from 1a to 2003 and *NONE* has such a template. You're confusing Publisher with something else. It was a template that you could customize for whichever program you wanted -
publisher just had the layout already done for you. Couldn't you find something thru Google and then customize it for yourself?
