Default Send Access reports via email - password protect

Hi everyone.
I create numerous reports from a database that we use.
I often need to send these same reports to other areas but the reports
often contain confidential info.
To be secure, I could export the reports into snapshot format, zip
them, and give the zip file a password.
Or, I can run the reports then copy and paste the data into Excel and
give the spreadsheet a password. (These reports contain logos and
categories and subcategories. Copying and pasting is a huge pain.) I
can't just export them to Excel because I would have to reformat the
spreadsheet every time.
Snapshot format won't allow me to password protect the report.
The emails go to various places with different email systems, so trying
to put together some sort of encryption through the email client isn't
going to work.
Can anyone think of an easier way for me to send these Access reports
via email and have it password protected?
Suggestions would be very greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time.

Did you ever find out how to do this. This is exactly what I need to know too.

The only way reasonably easy way to do this is to print the reports to a PDF
file that is password protected with a user password (use the 128 bit
level).

If you need to automate all this our PDF and Mail Library, Pro Plus edition
can allow you to do it fairly easily.
