Is it possible to link to tables in multiple databases??
I have 2 or 3 different Access front ends that would like to link to
one 'common' table of data used by these front ends and the tables specifically associated with these front ends. They would all be on a server. Is this possible, and are there any caveats or gotchas involved with this?? These are presently Access front ends to Access databases, but one or more of the tables might go into SQL tables accessed by Access projects. I imagine that I have to keep it clear what kinds of front ends are accessing the 'common' table of data. Thank you, Tom |
