Has a solution to this aggrevating matter been developed yet? I open a

Writing Word letters from "Contacts" in Outlook
Both of these suggestions are good. and I have tried. Thank you. However, I
must have a problem in my software because the address is not pulled up in Word or Word simply closes on me when I try mail merge. I just completed a 2 hr. + session with A Dell rep and problem is still not solved.
