Default Printing Settings

I have an invoice that is produced in Excel and prints onto pre-printed
paper. I have two users who print it, but while one machine prints it
perfectly the other makes the page shorter and narrower. The correct one has
the last line a 1.5 cm from the bottom of the page and the other one it's 3.5
cm from the bottom.

They are both using the same printer and the save version of the printer
driver. Even the font size on the two looks different. Both machines are
running Excel 2007

Can anybody help?

Are they using the same workbook t generate invoices, or does each have its
own?
