I want to search for Keywords on Office 03, but search results find all the
files containing a particular word. There is no Keyword search option in the
'Advanced Search Options'.

In Word 2003, there is certainly an option in the File Search dialog box to
search the "Keywords" field. Are you saying that it doesn't work?

(Note that searching via the Open dialog box is no longer supported in Word
2007.)
