Default Split documents

You can use F6 to move the focus between different panes in the document (or
Shift+F6 if you want to move in the counterclockwise direction).

If you have multiple windows open, you can move between them by pressing
Ctrl+F6 (or Ctrl+Shift+F6).

When I split a document, I want a keyboard shortcut to switch back and forth
between the top and bottom halves. I think it was Alt F6 before. The help
screen was NOT helpful.
