Default How do I restore deleted contacts folders?

I am using Outlook 2007. I had the following in my contacts list:
Contacts
Contacts in personal folder
ISPEP
Mailing list 2006
and several others

I transferred all the contacts from Contacts in personal folder to Contacts.
Then I deleted Contacts in Personal Folder and all the other subfolders
disappeared too.
I didn't want to loose the other folders.
How do I get the whole list of folders and the Contacts in them back?

Anything you delete will be in the Deleted Items Folder.

Have you checked the contents of your Deleted Items folder?

As Sue and Russ said, but make sure you look in the Deleted Items folder in
the data store that held the folders. The Deleted Items in Personal Folders
will hold things you deleted from Personal Folders.
