Default undo contact modification

Like a rookie - I modified my personal contact to save as a vcard for
sharing. I thought I was doing a save as and deleted much needed information
which I didn't wish to share... is there any way to retreive the info? Undo
if you will...

Unless you deleted the entire item, there is no way to undo changes you've
saves.
