Default emailing a category group

I am trying to send 1 email to different categories - some have 40 names
others have 60+ - it seems that when I do this only 21 address's are carried
over to my email to box. Is there a setting somewhere that may be set to max
21 - it is creating alot of extra work when categories were created to make
things easier!? Is this not possible and do I need to create a group from my
category ?

No, there's no such maximum. What steps are you following to create the
message? Have you noticed that, when you put a lot of addresses in a message,
you have to scroll down in the recipient control to see them all? Have you
considered using mail merge to send individual messages that will be less
likely to be caught by a spam filter?
