How do I merge contact lists in outlook express?

My computer has crashed twice. When set up the technician used different
names for me in OE. (The ISP provides extra addresses for the family).
I now have contacts in three contact lists:
Beowulf's contacts
Beowulf (Boss)'s contacts (technician's joke I think)
Main Identity's contacts.
The lists overlap.
How do I merge them?

This is a group to support Outlook from the Office group of programs.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program despite its similar name..
