I cannot open my outlook.pst file
my problem is I cannot open my outlook.pst file which was generated when I
lost all my contacts and calender. I did not create this outlook.pst file. Now, I can not open this file to retreive my contacts. I've re-installed my MS outlook program. I get a reply that the outlook.pst file needs to be redefined. How do I do this to read or retrive the file? Help, I'm not that computer savvy |

A few questions for you:
- what version of Outlook are you using? - Is the PST file on a CD or marked read-only?
