Default obtain a picture via command button

i have a bound object frame on a form which has a picture of a logo. the
control source is a bitmap image within a table.

What i would like to do is to click a comand button and the open file dialog
appears. from here i can select the location of the logo (File) to be
inserted into my table.

Can anyone help me please?
