COUNT visible cells?
Gregg,
=SUBTOTAL(2, A2:A65000) You'll get the COUNT function (counts numbers only). Change the 2 to 3 for COUNTA (counts anything). See Help on the SUBTOTAL function. -- Earl Kiosterud mvpearl omitthisword at verizon period net ------------------------------------------- "Gregg Stone" wrote in message y.com... Quick and dirty solution: Click on Edit/Go To/Special/Visible and then copy and paste in a new sheet. Andy. "Gregg Stone" wrote in message y.com... I have a filter turned on and need to COUNT only the visible cells in a column. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help. |
