Default Will Microsoft produce U3 versions of Office apps?

I would really like to run Outlook from a U3 smart drive. What are the
chances that microsoft will ever sanction a U3 version of Outlook?

My guess would be 1% as there are already a lot of options to read your
email anywhere you like and the numerous dependencies of Outlook on the
system and other programs depending on Outlook.
