Default Black box for access app

Hi

Is it possible to record all actions that are taken on access data? So for
instance if a record is deleted to know who deleted it and when?

Thanks

Regards

There's nothing built into Access, but take a look at what Allen Browne has
at http://www.allenbrowne.com/AppAudit.html

Access doesn't have built-in auditing such as Oracle. You can build your own
with some major limitations, such as the users must only touch the data
through forms. All bets are off if they can get to the tables.

Here's something from Allen Browne.
