Hi,

I was just after some advise, I'm trying to autimate my database even
further but I believe I've come up against a few brick walls.

Simple example,

I have a complex database which is split into 3 modules, (1) Projects,
(2)Companies and (3)Enquiries

from the projects side I am able to add drawings, name, drawing number
and the theirs a browse button to link to actual drawing which is kept
in the file some on the server.

then Enquiries section I'm able to create one enquiry say for ductwork
subcontract works. from projects module and then assign as many
ductwork contractors from the company's database. and then it creates
a mail merge and opens word using a template word document. then i can
email the emails of individually and manually attaching the
documents.

I want to take this further. I know i can get access to send email
automatically and can send reports as attachments.

but is their away that i can access to pull the linked drawings and
attach them in an email?
