Default i get message "not enough memory. close " MS Access 2003 SP3

Was having problems with corrupted database, so set up a new mdb from my last
good mdb and imported all the objects into the new data base. I've reset all
the References in tools.
Now I get "Not enough memory to perform operation. close unneeded programs"
message, along with a module not found message. I have repeated this on two
different workstations with same issues.
