Default How do I restore the original default settings for visual effects?

How do I restore the original default settings for visual effects. I've
tried going into Control Panel, Appearance and Themes, Display and checked
all the tabs in there. My font is too big and I have to scroll back and
forth to read my screen.

Is your zoom setting bigger than you need? Are you using a larger font
size than usual?

Those are not Windows things, but Word things.
