how do i use powerpoint 2003,is this only a viewer?

The viewer is the only thing that is free. You must buy a full version of

a big wallet.lol You don't need a big wallet if you're still a student. Check for Microsoft's student version of Office 2003 in computer or online shops. It is quite affordable.
