Default caps to lower case

Hello
Don't know if this is the right place to ask
I got a word doc sent via email and it's all typed in caps
Is it possible to convert it to lower case?

Is there a table in your document? I suppose that would qualify to
make this the right place ;-)

Select all of the text (CTRL+a). Toggle case with Shift+F3 until
sentence case is presented.
