Default Microsoft End-User License Agreement

Hi Every time I start Outlook 2003 the Microsoft End-User License Agreement,
comes up on the screen, although not a big deal, it is a bit annoying, as
never happened before while using XP. Just installed Vista Home Premium,
Outlook Home & Student 2007, also Outlook 2003 from Office 2003. Everything
ok but the pop up of "Microsoft End-User License Agreement " annoying. Any
way to disable this?

Right click on the Outlook shortcut icon and choose "Run as administrator".
When prompted, either supply your administrator credentials or press
Continue. Accept the EULA and then close Outlook again. Now when you start
Outlook, it shouldn't pop-up anymore.
