Viewing Outlook Calendars

Have access to 3 users calendars but only able to view 2
of them from folder menu. To see the 3rd one, I have to
select: 1)file 2)open 3)other user's folders 4)type in the
user's name and change folder name to Calendar. I can
then see the 3rd user's calendar. Any thoughts on why I
cannot view it from the folder menu?

Which version of Outlook?

Did you add two user's mailbox to tools, accounts, [exchange account],
change, more settings, advanced but not the third?
