I have 2 PP shows that I want to run subsequent to each other on a CD. I
thought that if I could add one to the back of another then this would be
simple and effective. I could then edit the timing and introductions so that
they run as a pair. Is there some easy way to add a whole of one presentation
to the back end of another?
Thanks

Insert | Slides | From File. Click the "keep source formatting" option and
then insert all the slides.

Hey guys, follow-up question regarding this. I believe the suggested
solution here is for Powerpoint 2003. I tried this in 2007 and this insert
option does not exist. Any thoughts on how to deal with this exact problem
in 2007?

Many thanks.

In 2007, it's on Home tab | New Slide (bottom half of button) | Reuse
Slides.
