Default disable location information

I want to diable the "location information" dialog box that pops up every
time I add a new contact in Outlook 2003. It's driving me nuts to be asked
for location information that applies to dialup calls - which I NEVER, EVER
make. Is there a way to stop that dialog box from popping up? Please help me
save my sanity. Thanks.

How is "configure it and it will stop" an answer? I do not ever use dialuip.
Why does Microsft assume I am stupid or will use something. I want a way to
completely and forever disable that feature known as the "location
information" dialog box. What guarantee do I have that this box will NOT pop
up again in future?? I don't ever want to deal with this problem again.

Did you want an answer that fixes the problem? Enter your area code/ dialing
location and you will not ever have to deal with it again (unless you
reformat). I guarantee it. Microsoft does not assume anything about you - it’s
a holdover from the days when almost everyone used dialup... while the
number of dialup users have dropped, people still use outlook for dialing
voice calls and a surprising number of people are still in the stone age and
use dialup as their main internet connection method.
