Default How to Customise Colour Palette

I want to add a Custom Colour (RGB) to the colour palette used in
Borders & Shading etc,

In Excel, you can do this via tools/options and then go to the color
tab.

In Word there is no Colour tab on the Tools/Options menu - does anyone
know how I can do this in Word???

If you're using Word 97, forget about it -- the colors in the dropdown
in the Borders dialog are all you get.

In Word 2000 and later, the bottom of that dropdown says "More
Colors". Click that to get the color picker dialog. It is *not* in
Tools Options.
