Default Creating an Action: New Fax to Contact

Is there anyway to add on to the options menu a command,
New Fax to Contact. I am trying to figure out how when i have a contact selected, i can do something to where it will auotmoatically load a template with that contacts fax number...Any suggestions

That would depend entirely on your Outlook version and fax software, neither
of which you happened to have mentioned.

Ok, let me clarify. I am not wanting it to send a fax, but rather rather a cover sheet. As an example, when you click new letter to contact, it loads a letter with the contacts name and address already in the bar. What i would like is to be able to click new fax to contact, and have a fax cover sheet load and the name and fax automatically inserted. I have Outlook 2002
