Booklets on 11 by 17 Paper
We've created a school newsletter and thanks to the duplexor in the printer
we get it to print front and back but we are wondering if there is an easy way to get Publisher to print the whole think in booklet form on 11 by 17, for example pages 1 and 4 on one side and 2 and 3 on the other side and then folding in the middle? Your ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks Dan -- Daniel P. Cayea Capital Region BOCES NERIC Peru Central School District |

If you setup your printer for tabloid, setup your page for a booklet, Publisher
will print your newsletter correctly without any other setting. -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "Daniel P. Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure how to set my HP 8150 to tabloid, in the
setup I don't see any such option, only paper sizes and types and in neither of those lists is Tabloid. So I leave the printer to pull 11 by 17 out of tray 3 and I set the page size to 11 by 17 and tell publisher to print in booklet but it's still kind of goofy. -- Daniel P. Tabloid is the same as 11X17. Goofy, how? When you setup a booklet, the largest
margin is on the right. To make the newsletter to look okay, set all your margins for the same or set the right and left margins the same, this way your publication will be centered. Be sure to set your printer to print on both sides. -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "Daniel P. Cayea" wrote in message ...
