Default How do I get a .csv file to import into a custom Contact Form?

I have designed a Custom Contact Form for a certain Contact folder and I have
assigned that Form to both the folder and subfolder. When I open up a
contact when in that folder, it does open up the new Custom Folder. The
problem is that I am trying to import a csv file into the Custom Form but
Outlook 2003 is defaulting to the standard Contact form and so is deleting
out precious data that I want to import.

Clarification of the previous entry.

I have designed a Custom Contact Form for a certain Contact folder and I have
assigned that Form to both the folder and subfolder. When I open up a
Contact when in that folder, it does open up the new Custom Form, so I know
the settings are right. The problem is that I am trying to import a .csv
file into the Custom Form but Outlook 2003 is defaulting to the standard
Contact form and so is deleting out precious data that I want to import.

No Outlook version provides for importing data to contacts using a custom
form (or to any user-defined fields without the use of a custom form). You
will need to use a 3rd party product or write your own code.

You may be interested in one of our products that do enable what you are
looking to do.

P.S.
I also have custom fields in this custom form. I have visited other
conversation on this site that talk about 3rd party applications to allow a
custom form to be used with custom fields. What are they?

P.S.S
I have dowloaded DocMessageClass but it doesn't show anything in "Change
MessageClass(es) from:". However I do have a selection in "Change
MessageClass to:" and it gives me the option to choose the new form. Because
of this, the "Convert MessageClass" icon is greyed out.
