how to predict contact in outlook?
My company is for the most part only using only using Outlook Express. In
express if you start typing someone's email address it trys to predict it and can save alot of time in not having to look up every address. However, we also have a few users who have to use Outlook 2000 and they want that functionality. How can I turn this on? Our email does not have a centralized mail server it is all web based. I have not been able to figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

how to predict contact in outlook?
Feature was not included in Outlook until version 2002. The outdated
versions had a feature called auto-resolution. If you enter part of a name or a nickname then tab out of the field (or hit Alt-K [Check Names]), Outlook will attempt to resolve the name against your address book. If it can't it'll red underline it and you can right click on the name to manually resolve it. Outlook will save the resolution for future use. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "IT Simplified" IT wrote in message ... My company is for the most part only using only using Outlook Express.
