Default "Display online status against person name" in outlook 2007 fails

Hi,
Have been using Outlook 2007 and Microsoft Office Communicator 2007.
Whenever I compose a new message and try to add a person name, it is not
showing Online status against person name. Before installing Office
Communicator 2007, was having Office communicator 2005, when it worked well.
Now, it is not working. Also, I checked that in Outlook
Tools-options-Other-Display Online Status Against person name is disabled.
Am having Vista Enterprise installed in my Laptop. Also, am the local admin
of this PC.

Any help.

Thanks,
Raja
