I created the document in MS Word 2003 but then resaved the document in MS Word 2007 and then renamed it and resaved it again in MS Word 2007 but it still says compatibilty mode and when I tried to do something (can't recall now what it was...) it said that the feature was limited because I was in compatibility mode..how do I get it out of compatibility mode? Thanks, Synthia Open the document in Word 2007. Then click the Office button and choose Convert. When that finishes, the document won't be in compatibility mode any more. Then you can save it as a .docx (Word 2007 format) file. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
